Kelly has over 16 years’ experience in property starting her career in Estate Agency. Working for a number of leading agencies, Kelly found her niche and passion for property and from then on went to join an Asset Management provider where she progressed from Sales Negotiator, Account Manager and finally fulfilling the role of Operations Director.
Starting Move Plus over 3 years ago, Kelly’s passion and drive has enabled the business to go from strength to strength in such a brief period of time. With the fantastic support of her clients, Kelly is proud of the team who surround her, all of whom share the same levels of passion and drive to ensure Moveplus remains a provider of choice for housebuilders.

Neil’s property background spans over 19 years, initially starting off in banking and mortgages. With a passion for property, learning from his mum he spent a number of years in Estate Agency before he ventured into asset management. Very quickly Neil understood the B2B market without losing the buzz of agreeing sales and successfully held varied positions in Account Management.
Without doubt Neil’s career highlight is starting Moveplus alongside Kelly and being part of a team who are all enthusiastic and dedicated in achieving success. Neil admits he hates to lose and loves to win so the journey very much continues.

Chelsea’s career started off in Estate Agency however for the last 7 years has gained a depth of knowledge and experience in Asset Management and Account Management. Working with the housebuilder, Chelsea is passionate in delivering the best possible service alongside helping to support the internal sales team who are motivated to create sales.

Jamie has over 10 years’ experience in both Estate Agency and Asset Management having fulfilled a number of roles involving Account Management and the customer. Jamie’s primary objective is to nurture our client relationships, ensuring the service being delivered and the need of the housebuilder is met. With strong communication and interpersonal skills Jamie loves spending time with his clients out in the field.
